Recently I watched a small series on #Netflix “The Playlist” which is based on # the Spotify journey from that I learned 6 things and I thought why not share them with you and young #enterpreneure who are confused about where to start? By the way, these 6 things are also the episodes of this series.
- The Vision: The vision is essential for any idea or business and many people confuse the vision with Mission. You should have a vision and try to separate the vision and mission. If you want to learn more about then read the book “Start with Why by Simon Sinek“
- The Industry: You should identify the industry for your idea & business and the most thing is that you should start working with someone who is already working in that industry. Just for example, if you want to launch an eCommerce website, you should have a partner who has experience in item purchasing and working or experience in retail.
- The Coder: You should have a crazy, visionary, and enthusiastic coder, this is a very important part of your idea and you should focus on this part.
- The Law: You should know the Laws about your application. For example, if you are going to make an app related to dating or social media, you should know the laws of different countries related to social media.
- The Partner: Find a partner who believes in you and your idea, and can invest the money, time or any other else which you can’t do or you can’t focus on full-time. Remember, every big startup dumps its founders and partners. 🙂
- The Audience and Contributors: You should take care and find your audience and contributors. For example, the source of Spotify is the artist, if you can’t take care of your artist, one day you will fall down just like Nokia who didn’t listen to their consumers and market trend.
These are the 6 points that I learn from this series. I hope it will be helpful for your startups.
Thanks
